ICTF-JPA: JPA signs agreement with SCAQMD to prepare EIR

CARB and UP hold joint meeting to discuss Draft Mitigation Plan for ICTF and Dolores Railyards

On November 12, 2008 the California Air Resources Board (CARB) and Union Pacific Railroad (UP) held a joint public meeting to discuss the Draft Diesel Particulate Mitigation Plan (Plan) for the Intermodal Container Transfer Facility (ICTF) and Dolores Railyards. Both CARB and UP gave presentations followed by a question and answer period with the public. A copy of the presentation given by CARB is available here. UP's presentation is available here.

On March 18, 2008 CARB held a public meeting with UP to presented their draft Health Risk Assessment (HRA) for the current ICTF and accompanying Dolores Railyard operations. At the same meeting Union Pacific gave a related presentation on current and future emission reduction measures.
